These terms apply to the use of senori.com and to wholesale inquiries made through it. The website is operated by Guangzhou Dachuang Chengmeng Culture Development Co., Ltd. (广州达创诚萌文化发展有限公司), Room 102, No. 3 Longhe Xibei Hengsan Road, Longgui Subdistrict, Baiyun District, Guangzhou, Guangdong Province, China.

1. Business buyers

SENORI supplies women’s fashion on a wholesale (B2B) basis to wholesalers, shops, boutiques, importers and agents. The website is not intended for retail consumer purchases.

2. Product information

Products shown on the website are reference styles. Photos and videos show representative samples and do not confirm current stock. Colours may vary slightly from screen display. Availability, colours, sizes, fabric, minimum order quantities and prices are confirmed by our sales team for each inquiry.

3. Inquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an inquiry or adding styles to a list is not an order and creates no obligation for either party. A contract is formed only when both parties confirm a written quotation or order confirmation (by WhatsApp, email or a signed document) stating the items, quantities, prices, currency, payment terms and delivery terms.

4. Prices and payment

No payment is taken on this website. Prices, currency, deposit and balance terms and accepted payment methods are stated in the confirmed quotation. Production or dispatch starts after the agreed payment has been received. Please only pay to the payment details given in your official order confirmation and verify them with your sales contact.

5. Shipping

Shipping is arranged as described in our Shipping Policy and in your order confirmation.

6. Inspection, after-sales and returns

Quality issues, wrong or missing items are handled under our After-sales & Returns Policy.

7. Showroom visits

Visits to our Guangzhou showroom or supply base are by appointment confirmed by our team.

8. Intellectual property

Website content, including photos, videos, texts and the SENORI name and logo, belongs to SENORI or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Liability

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website accurate and available but do not guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled by friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court in Guangzhou, unless otherwise agreed in the order confirmation.
